Cancel any time, yourself
Open Billing inside the app and choose Cancel plan. It takes effect immediately — no call, no form, no notice period, no retention conversation.
What happens next
Your paid plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. After that the workspace returns to the Free plan with your account, presets and history intact; only the paid limits go. Nothing is deleted by cancelling.
No silent renewals
The Billing page shows the next renewal date and amount at all times, and every charge produces an invoice under Billing → Invoices.
Deleting the account
If you want the account gone rather than downgraded, write to ecomitz@grandfieldmedia.com from your registered address and we delete the workspace within 7 days. This cannot be undone. Invoices are kept for the period tax law requires.
