Ecomitz is a web application. Nothing is shipped, because there is nothing physical to ship.
How the service is delivered
Access is online at app.ecomitz.com, from any modern browser, as soon as you sign in. There is nothing to install and nothing to post.
When a paid plan starts
The moment Razorpay confirms your payment, usually within seconds. If it has not activated within a few minutes it will activate by itself when the payment confirmation reaches us; if it still has not, write to us and we will do it by hand the same working day.
Invoices
An invoice for every plan payment appears under Billing → Invoices as a PDF, immediately after the payment. Tax is shown on the invoice where it applies.
What you download
Files produced by the tools are created inside your browser and saved straight to your device. They are never uploaded to us and never delivered by email or post.
