Terms of service

1. Who we are

Ecomitz (ecomitz.com, with the tools at app.ecomitz.com) is a web application operated by Grandfield Media Private Limited (“we”, “us”). By creating an account you (“you”) agree to these terms.

2. What the service is

A catalogue of browser-based tools for ecommerce sellers: marketplace fee and profit calculators, listing-text tools, product image and video tools, inventory and CSV tools, ad and keyword tools, and marketplace reference tools. Every tool runs inside your browser on your own device.

3. Your account

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email address. One workspace has one user in this release. Keep your inbox secure — anything done under your sign-in is treated as done by you. You must be 18 or over and give accurate details.

4. Plans and payment

Free, Starter and Pro. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Razorpay and renew automatically until you cancel. The price is shown in full before you pay; taxes are added where applicable. There are no credits, no packs, no metered charges and no surprise add-ons — the monthly plan price is the only thing you pay.

5. Plan limits

Each plan has stated limits (files per batch, video clip length, and a download mark on Free). Those limits are enforced in the app and are described on the pricing page. We may change limits for future billing periods and will tell you by email before they apply to you.

6. Your content

Everything you put into a tool stays on your device and remains entirely yours. We claim no rights over it because we never receive it. You are responsible for having the right to use the images, text and data you process, and for the listings you publish on any marketplace.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use Ecomitz for unlawful content, counterfeit or infringing listings, spam, or anything that attacks or degrades the service or other users. Do not resell or share access to your workspace. We may suspend an account that breaks this rule, and will tell you why.

8. Accuracy of results

The calculators use marketplace rate cards that we keep current to the best of our ability, and the tools produce drafts and estimates. Marketplaces change their fees and policies without notice. Always check figures against your own seller account before you rely on them. Ecomitz is not accounting, tax or legal advice.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access; maintenance and outages happen. Tools already loaded in your browser keep working even if our site is unreachable.

10. Ending the agreement

You may cancel or delete your account at any time from inside the app. We may end your access for a breach of these terms, or by giving 30 days’ notice with a refund of any unused paid period.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, or losses arising from marketplace decisions you make using the tools. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; material changes are emailed to you before they take effect, and continuing to use the service after that means you accept them.

13. Governing law

Indian law. The courts of Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction.
